We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Eligibility

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging intact.
• Made-to-order and customized pieces are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.

How to request a return

Contact us via the Contact Us page or WhatsApp with your order number, and we'll guide you through pickup or drop-off.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Size or color exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of your request.
